Meet Dr. Ahmed

Dr. Sarah Ahmed was born in St. Paul, Minnesota and recently moved to Nashville from Boston, MA. In Boston she was a full-time faculty member in the Department of Dentistry at Boston Children’s Hospital and an Instructor in Developmental Biology at Harvard School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Ahmed completed her pediatric dental residency at Eastman Institute of Oral Health at the University of Rochester. Prior to that, she received her Doctorate in Dental Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine with an honors in community service in Philadelphia, PA, and her Bachelors in Science with high distinction at the University of Michigan Dearborn. Dr. Ahmed is a board-certified pediatric dentist with extensive experience with patients who have complex medical and special needs. She has enjoyed lecturing dental topics locally and nationally. She is a fluent speaker in Arabic and Urdu. In her spare time, She enjoys cooking, yoga and exploring Nashville.
